Paola Alvarado leads our organizational functions and brings over 20 years of executive administration experience.  Prior to joining R-NAV she spent over 10 years in the investment environment working at a hedge fund and at a venture capital firm.  Paola received her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management and Communication from Adelphi University.
