Serene is pleased to announce that it has completed the enrollment of a pivotal trial of its lead product, Synovetin OA, in a trial of naturally occurring canine elbow osteoarthritis.  Synovetin OA is a proprietary Sn-117m colloid used for the treatment of arthritides caused by synovitis using radiosynoviorthesis.
