Serene, LLC, is pleased to announce the addition of Martin Manco, JD, MBA, who is responsible for finance, legal, and IP matters.  As an attorney in private practice, Marty assisted in the founding of Serene and has represented the Company since.  He has served as attorney, founder or founding management in numerous early stage companies where he has performed as Secretary, General Counsel, CEO, CFO, and in a variety of business development, financial and operational roles. Marty has 27 years of experience in life sciences, including pharmaceuticals, medical devices, clinical diagnostics, biosafety laboratories and microbiological quality assurance.

Marty has taught graduate courses in entrepreneurship and business acquisitions, and undergraduate courses in accounting. He holds an undergraduate degree from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, an MBA and Post Masters Certificate in MIS from the Pennsylvania State University, and a JD from Widener University Law School.
