R-NAV is pleased to announce the addition of Jay Donecker, VMD, as chief Veterinary Officer.  Dr. Donecker has been a technical services veterinarian and outcomes researcher for Pfizer Animal Health now Zoetis for over 10 years.  He has also provided consultation to other animal health companies.  During his time in the animal health industry he has been a member of teams that brought 9 new innovative solutions to the veterinary market ranging from Rimadyl™ to Dormosedan Gel™.   Dr. Donecker graduated from the University Of Pennsylvania School Of Veterinary Medicine completing an internship at the Western College of Veterinary Medicine in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan and residency at The Ohio State University College of Veterinary Medicine.  During his residency Dr. Donecker received a Master of Science (thesis) in which his focus was equine pharmacokinetics.  Prior to entering industry Dr. Donecker practiced in New Zealand, Virginia and was a part owner of a mixed veterinary practice in North Carolina for over 10 years.  While in practice Dr. Donecker was the first private practitioner in North Carolina to attain Diplomat status for the equine specialty of the American Board of Veterinary Practitioners.
